A small software for fast extraction of vertex segments (or projections) from TSR.

usage: ManualCheckVertex <input TSR> <vertex_ID> <sheet_ID>

output files are vtx<vertex_ID>.txt and vtx<vertex_ID>_<sheet_ID>.txt
