You will taste
some typical local food that Bolognese use to eat at feasts and
meetings
All is home made, cooked on the place by some friends of
us
Tagliatelle al ragú (The most traditional Pasta of Bologna)
Garganelli allo Speck e Verdure (another typical pasta with Südtirol speck and vegetables sauce)
Crescentine
(leavened fried bread to be eaten with ham, salami or cheese
inside)
we shall prepare:
Local Ham
Various kinds of Salami
Pancetta with garlic
Mortadella, the typical salame of Bologna
a soft Stracchino like cheese called Squacquerone that can be found only in the area around Bologna.
Tigelle (small round hot bread) to be eaten with their Pesto (complicate preparation of lard with rosemary, salt, etc,...) inside, or with the same food as crescentine.

Cakes
Expresso Coffee
All
this accompanied with local wine Montuni
(White wine of the Hills near Bologna)
We offer this
at the pure cost of materials and rent of the hall, i.e. 15 euro, to
be paied at the Workshop Secretariat. For organization reasons we
need to know if you participate at latest on Wednesday 22 at 6:00
p.m.
Of course, people accompanying you are welcome. Children
under 10 are very welcome and free of charge.
Vegetarian meals and
special diets can be arranged if signalled upon registration.
